TruFix Reviews - What Is It?
DO NOT BUY TruFix!!! You Must Read This Review!
Fully Researched: Side Effects, Ingredients, Price, User Feedback and More!
TruFix is a dietary product meant to control cholesterol and blood sugar levels. The major ingredients in the product include cinnulin, alpha lipoic acid, chlorogenic acid, vanadium, copper, chromium, magnesium, selenium, raspberry ketones, and zinc. It contains no synthetic ingredients, according to the manufacturer. It is recommended to take the supplement twice a day. TruFix was first released in 2015 by the company called TruVision. You can buy it from the official website or from third-party retailers. The company is not very reputable and is badly known in the country. They also offer some other supplements on the official website.
TruFix is used to promote weight loss supplement, decrease extra fats, but it should be used in combination with TruWeight and Energy for better effect. TruVision Health Company was established by four men with Shawn Gibson on head. Three other founding partners do not manage the business. The company is based in Draper, Utah. The staff have increased their customer base by distributing samples and marketing campaigns. The product is associated with both positive and negative reviews but let us look at the main ingredients of the product to understand whether the supplement is as effective as claimed.
Ingredients of TruFix - Does It Really Work? Is It a Scam?
Another promise of the product is to boost your energy levels, but unlike other energy boosters, TruFix contains no caffeine. It also promises to maintain your blood sugar levels and to promote weight loss. But in order to see any effects, you are recommended to exercise regularly and to stick to the proper diet. I am concerned with the fact that TruFix brings poor results unless paired with TruWeight and Energy.
According to the official website, TruFix contains a healthy mixture of herbs that promise to improve your blood chemistry. It names only a few ingredients including chromium, vanadium, raspberry ketones, copper, insulin, magnesium, alpha lipoic acid, and zinc. I managed to find some information about each of these components.
Alpha Lipoic Acid is responsible for conversion glucose into energy, combating harmful free radicals due to its anti-oxidant effect, as well as prevention and decrease of aging and degeneration. Cholorgenic Acid is claimed to speed up fat burning and its conversion to energy. This ingredient also promises to control blood sugar levels and blood pressure, as well as to improve blood chemistry, slow down the aging effects and enhance brain functions.
Chromium is known for its ability to modulate glucose ingestion, provide your body with energy and improve cellular processes. According to some data, this compound helps the body to retain calcium and to increase lean muscle tissue, however, these effects have not been scientifically proven. Cinnulin is another ingredient of the supplement. It is extracted from cinnamon with polyphenols and is claimed to improve the growth of lean muscle mass, regulate blood sugar levels and to decrease blood pressure. Once again, these effects are not clinically backed up.
Raspberry Ketones contained in the product are said to increase the amount of the adinopectin hormone responsible for numbing the metabolic deviations that lead to weight gain. These ketones also possess anti-oxidant properties. Magnesium decreases kidney deficiencies, digestive disorders and Crohn's disease. Vanadium can increase the user's sensitivity to insulin, control blood sugar levels and decrease blood sugar spikes. The last ingredient in the product is Copper which works by increasing the production of red blood cells and improving wound healing.
As you can see, TruFix contains a long list of ingredients which are associated with many positive uses, however, none of them is scientifically proven. Besides, we are not aware of the amounts of these components. It means that they may be too insignificant to bring any results. As the manufacturer claims, this product should be combined with TruWeight and Energy for maximum weight loss effect. As far as I understand, there is no sense to use this supplement alone.
Customer Reviews - Does It Have Any Side Effects?
The manufacturer does not mention anything about TruFix side effects which is the major concern for me. There have been at least several studies that demonstrated a certain risk of experiencing adverse reactions. The supplement has an ability to impact user's mood and emotions. Some customers felt nauseous.
The formula of the product doesn't prove to be as effective as claimed on the official website. Some users write that despite using this product for more than a month they did not lose a pound. Some of these people were even on a low-calorie diet. They didn't notice any appetite suppression or a reduction in cravings either.
It should be stated that there are no clinical studies to back up the safety and effectiveness of TruFix mentioned on the TruVision website. however, there is a "fad" component in raspberry ketones, which gained popularity after being mentioned by Dr. Oz. There were some animal studies but they didn't show any benefits. Here are some of the users' reviews on their experience of using the supplement.
"I have been on TruFix for one week and I only lost a few pounds. Besides, I have complaints about side effects. This product influenced my mood and made me agitated and nervous. There is something in this supplement that makes me nauseated."
"I have been taking Tru Fix with TruControl and have not seen positive results on the scale yet. It makes me more moody and willing to move almost all the time. It also makes my bowels move more actively. I even had diarrhea once. My heart beats faster too."
"I have been on Trufix for about a month. The product helps me to lose weight but I am tired of side effects. I often have diarrhea, stomachache, faster heartbeat. I stay depressed and I would like to decrease these symptoms."
Where To Buy TruFix?
You can buy this supplement from its official website. It is difficult to find TruFix on retail stores online (Amazon, GNC or Walmart), though.
My Final Summary
I cannot recommend TruFix to usage because it is associated with many disadvantages. This is not a potent weight loss supplement, according to the reviews left by numerous consumers. For better effect, this product should be purchased together with TruWeight and Energy but it is really expensive. In addition, the supplement can cause certain adverse reactions. I am hesitant about recommending this supplement. I am also worried about absence of clinical support. To my mind, it is offered by the company mainly for business. If you wish to lose weight, I suggest going with a product formulated with clinically tested ingredients.
Many modern health specialists are sure that the problem can be perfectly solved by another product known as Blood Sugar Optimizer and I completely agree with them because study many products of the kind. I recommend you reading my Blood Sugar Optimizer review. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
